Using information provided by the client’s management, we compile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, and notes to the financial statements in a professional format.

It’s important to note that in a compilation engagement, IBZ Consult LLC does not provide any assurance on the accuracy or completeness of the financial statements. The firm does not perform any audit or review procedures.

The compiled financial statements are prepared in accordance with a specified financial reporting framework, such as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

Along with the financial statements, we issue a compilation report. This report states that the financial statements were compiled from information provided by management and that the firm has not audited or reviewed them, and accordingly, does not express an opinion or provide any assurance on them.
